Our Story
Where It All Started
We've been friends since 2006, when we met during our bachelor's degree. Back then, we had no idea we'd end up building an AI company together nearly two decades later.
The Journey
After 15 years in the US working with firms like Accenture and Deloitte, Karan moved back to India with one clear goal: build something that actually helps real businesses solve real problems. Kashish, with his cross-functional experience across tech, sports, and renewable energy, brought the perfect complement of business insight and operational expertise.
The Pivot
Nine months ago, we founded AI101 Services to help service businesses leverage AI automation. We tried different approaches, but one problem kept coming up: businesses were drowning in missed calls and lost bookings.
AgentFrontDesk.AI
We built AgentFrontDesk.AI entirely on Eleven Labs' conversational AI platform because voice quality isn't negotiable for a receptionist AI—customers need to feel like they're talking to a real person. Today, we're all-in on voice AI, serving hotels, salons, home services, restaurants, and more.
